The year is 298 CE
CE - Jarl Tarbor of Winterun starts a rebellion and tries to expand southward. His army destroys Lothar and takes Antor Dale, and heads towards Stormden, raping and pillaging on his way south. They are stopped a few miles north of Stormden by the Redfort army led by King Aldus Redfort . The northern raiders crush the southern army and execute the King. A young Alder Redfort takes the throne and gathers his allies.
CE - The northern army has Stormden under siege for a few months. The young king Alder Redfort finishes gathering his allies in the south, and sails from Ironford up Rorik's sea and lands in Lothar. The army flanks the northern invaders and wipes them out. Jarl Tarbor is slain in battle. The southern army marches north and roots the remaining northerners from Antor Dale. He gives the seat of Antor Dale to Lord Selwyn, for his knights' skill in battle. He takes his army further north and begins building the fort of Blackwatch to prevent another attack from the north.
CE - The southern army marches for Winterun. King Alder Redfort accepts their surrender, but goes back on his word and puts the remaining Tarbors to the sword, eliminating the house. This plants a seed of resentment for the south in the north. With the war offically over, the southern army marches back south. Due to no leadership and low food supplies the northerners face a harsh winter, and many die.
CE - After a harsh winter, the remaining northern lords hold a moot, and they decide on a young Joruun Skall to take the mantle of Jarl. He unifies what remains of the north and they hold together in the following winter.
CE- Work on Blackwatch is completed.
CE- The Lord of Bleakwind denies to pay taxes to the crown due to the high rate. In response Alder Redfort takes a detatchment down to Bleakwind and captures the city, executing the lord and putting Othell Porte in place as the lord.
